A: Last entry to the Sauna & Lounge is at 8:00 PM. The restaurant’s last order is at 8:30 PM.

A: The sauna fee includes a face towel, bath towel, toothbrush, razor, and hairbrush.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryers, and skincare products are also provided.

A: Tattoos are not permitted.

However, guests may enter the facility if their tattoos can be fully covered with up to two tattoo cover stickers (11 cm × 11 cm each) sold by our facility.

Stickers are available for purchase at the front desk for ¥200 each.

A: Sauna availability varies by day.

On Gamedays:
Ishidō (Stone Cave) is designated for men, and Yukidō (Snow Cave) for women.

On Non-Gamedays:
Both saunas are designated for men only.

A: Yes, lounge-only access is available for ¥1,000.

A: Complimentary drinks are available in the lounge. Beer and other beverages are also available for purchase.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

A: Same-day re-entry is available for sauna guests.

Please present your receipt (with the date stamp) upon re-entry.
For security reasons, please do not leave your belongings unattended.

A: Children are welcome.

However, children under junior high school age are not permitted to use the sauna.

A: Basic clothing items are available for purchase at the sauna counter. Please ask our staff for assistance.

A: Yes, you can use the restaurant “Esoragoto” without using the sauna.

A: Restaurant menu items must be consumed within the restaurant area. They are not permitted in the lounge.

A: We do not offer private rooms.

A: Reservations are not accepted. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

A: Gluten-free udon noodles (made without wheat) are available.

A: It refers to a diet that excludes gluten, a protein found in wheat and other grains. Our restaurant offers udon noodles made without wheat.

A: As reactions vary by individual, please consult your doctor before consuming.

A: Outside food and drinks are not permitted for hygiene and safety reasons.

A: We ask that you use the ticket machine inside the restaurant to place your order.

A: We recommend our “Kihon-no-Udon” (Basic Udon) to experience our signature flavor.

A: Please follow the on-screen instructions on the tablet at the entrance and enter your party size.
A numbered ticket will be issued after check-in.

A: No, you do not need to wait at the entrance. You can check your status by scanning the QR code on your ticket. We also offer notifications via email or LINE when your turn is approaching.

A: If you are not present, we will move to the next guest in line. Please be aware that your entry may be automatically canceled if a certain amount of time passes after your number is called.
